Guarantee

Please make certain you read your written warranty before placing a deposit on a puppy.  This is to certify that the buyer agrees to never sell or give away a puppy to any Pet Shop, Pet Farm, Puppy Mill or any other simular institution.

If, within 72 hours of the date of this sale, the purchaser believes the puppy to be sick, the purchaser agrees to return the puppy to the seller, with a letter from an examining licensed veterinarian.  The seller will either return the puppy to the purchaser in well condition, exchange the puppy for another puppy of equal or better value or refund the purchase price.  The choice will be up to the seller. Seller assumes NO responsibility for this puppy after leaving the premises for medical expenses, landlords disapproval, allergies to animals, disagreement of family or for any other reason, other than stated.   The seller is  NOT responsible for any Vet bills or ANY other bills or expenses related to the puppy or its owner(s). Nor is she responsible for any damages, physical or emotional to the buyer's self or possessions and likewise to other individuals.  The seller will NOT replace a puppy whose problem is a result of its new environment.  The breeder does NOT guarantee the color of the puppy or that the puppy will produce in the future.  The seller is always willing to give advice and help in any reasonable way in that the welfare of the puppy is of primary concern.  AKC Registration application or registration certificate will be provided with completion of the transaction or as soon as possible thereafter.  When placing a deposit on a puppy, I do require a deposit of 25% of the cost of the puppy and the puppy must be paid in full by the time it reaches 7 weeks of age. If the puppy is already at a mature enough age to leave the puppy must be paid in full instead of a deposit .  The deposit must be sent in with a signed copy of this guarantee to be valid.  The Deposit is NON REFUNDABLE and can not be placed from one puppy to another without the consent of the seller.  The balance of money owed on the puppy is $___________.  The balance of the puppy and shipping must be paid before the puppy leaves the breeders home.  The seller reserves the right to offer a limited registration or a fee for full registration.  Limited registration will be what comes with your puppy, unless Full registration is discussed and approved before a deposit is placed on the puppy.   I do understand  and agree to the contents of this guarantee.
